Picture Perfect - Into The Night

Into The Night

I took these pictures just few hours ago at the Riverside Point, located  along Singapore River bank.

Everyone has been very busy in the office everyday.  Though we see each other everyday, however, we do not really have the time to sit down talk to each other.

It has been quite a long time to have such a big group of us (almost 20) gathering together for dinner.

One of our colleague is migrating to Australia, thus we are hosting a farewell dinner party for him at one of the Mexican restaurant located along this beautiful Riverside.

There are three revitalized quays in Singapore - Clarke Quay, Boat Quay and Robertson Quay - where in the olden days, sweating laborers once loaded and unloaded goods from the riverside warehouses.  These days they have turned into buzzing nightspots, with endless many restaurants, bars, and clubs lining the newly clean river, and the traditional belching bum boats now ferry tourists rather than sacks of rice.

  23. What a colorful photo even into the night. There is a warm holiday feel to it. Beautiful take on the theme. My niece lives and works in Singapore for an architectural firm... it's a small world... maybe you've run into her. :-) She is "Chunky Monkey" on my network list.

Thanks for stopping by mine and leaving a nice message. Hope to see your entry again next week.
