  1. I get the same as you. Well, I don't find exercise a great way to relieve stress, and being fit it completely unimportant to me, but apart from that -. :-)
    I actually like Tai chi - I don't like yoga - and long walks. Swimming, yes, but I wouldn't call it exercise - I play in the water.
