I always think that it is not really necessary to have a car if staying in Singapore.
  Besides it is very expensive to own one here, thus I consider having a car is a luxury not a necessity.

Imagine having this cool car loaded with the super sound blasters, Hi-Fi speakers (picture taken along one of the streets in Rotterdam) ...

Does this look like a kangaroo ?

This is one of Australia's most fascinating, magical areas - the Pinnacles Desert.
 

Thousands of huge limestone pillars rise from the shifting yellow sands, resembling a landscape from a science fiction movie.
 

Although the formation of the Pinnacles would have taken many thousands (probably 6,000) of years, but they remained relatively unknown until the 1960s, when the area was added to Nambung National Park, near the town of Cervantes, Western Australia.

The Pinnacles are limestone formations.
 

The raw material for the limestone of the Pinnacles came from seashells which were broken down into lime rich sands, which were carried inland by natural wind pattern to form high mobile dunes.
 

Rain caused the lime to seep to the bottom of the dunes, where it stuck together and formed limestone.
 

Small plants began growing on top of the dunes, protecting the dunes from being blown away again by the wind.  This also helped to create an acidic layer of soil over the top of the dune, which further contributed to the leaching of the lime from the soil
 

A layer of calcrete formed over the soft limestone under the dunes.

Cracks in the calcrete are exploited by plant roots. The softer limestone continues to dissolve.
 

Quartz sand fills the channels that form. Vegetation on top of the dune dies and winds blow away the sand covering the eroded limestone, thus revealing the Pinnacles.
 

Over time, the limestone spires will no doubt be covered again by other sand drifts and the cycle repeated, creating weird, magical and wonderful shapes over and over again.

I love Hello Kitty.
Why?
Because Hello Kitty doesn't have a mouth!

Just like me, I like to listen and dislike talking.

When I am feeling down, I have no one who I can talk to,
thus I can only choose Hello Kitty.

She's a good listener.



 

I like to collect all sorts of Hello Kitty things...

Things you can find in
study room (stationaries, computer accessories),
kitchen (utensils, bowls, plates, cups, electrical appliances,etc),
bathroom (toilet bowl cover, rug, mat, shampoo, lotion,etc),
living room (fan, lights, cushion, rack, clock, etc),
bedroom (bed sheet, curtains, T-shirts, accessories, stuff toys, etc).

Following are just some of the Hello Kitty toys which I have collected from the Gashapon machine. 
I like playing with Gashapon machine, as you do not know what comes out from the it.

As I was passing by the entrance of the National Museum that day, suddenly, something shocking PINK and HUGE (that moment I could only see the lower part of the sculpture, so you can imagine~ LOL) I "gobsmacked".

WoW! Unbelievable! You can make a comparison with the "tiny" men standing there. I was astonished by the SIZE....Oops~ I mean the size of the whole figure. HeyHeyHey, I'm still one of those conservative types.

 

Surrounding David by Titarubi (Indonesia)

An architectural form that has come all the way from Greek Pantheon to Southeast Asia.

"The work investigates various dialectical relations between the imaginary perfect circular space and the sculptural object, through the figure of David. This replica of David, made of fibre-glass, 8.5 meter height, will be placed at the centre of the space, mimicking the typical European “piazza and its anchor statue”. Then another layer of force, in the form of textile ornaments usually used for kebaya, will cover the whole surface of the statue , thus figuratively obliterating the centrality of the figure/image."

Have been quite busy recently thus having hard time thinking what to put up for this week PPF theme, and thinking of taking a break for this week. Then during my regular visit to AAE website that day, as I was reading through this post "Touched...", my eyes "starting to get wet"... I felt so touched, as I didn't really deserve and never expect such wonderful thing to happen on me...This post was a special salutation from AAE's owner to me (also linking to my album in this webby) and other AAE parents.

 

Then one sentence or rather words within the post caught my attention -- "I was deeply moved." Thus took out my camera and took a snapshot (with magnifier on) of that webpage from my LCD screen.

My interpretation of "movement" =

 

A movement of One's Soul, One's Heart, One's Feeling.

No matter what moves you take, what things you do, so long as you do it sincerely from the bottom of your heart, you'll be overwhelmed with what comes back.

One of the midnights, when I was reading a book, at the same time playing with my Roman numerals ring , suddenly I discovered something, thus tonight, I took out my camera and gave it a try.

I like both the love hearts that are being formed by simply shining the light onto the Roman Numerals 1-12 ring.  Try looking at it from various angles and you may find something different.

It is the ring of 12-months Love, which keeps going on and on and on ~~~ Infinity
